The Block: Leah and Ash's house set to sell after auction disappointment
"My phone blew up after the show ran on TV."
After failing to sell their house at auction, The Block's Leah and Ash are believed to be selling 16 Charming St in the next 24-48 hours.
According to realestate.com.au, the house, which was passed in when it failed to reach its reserve price, is reportedly set to sell for around $3.1 million, giving the couple a profit of $130,000, which would see them tie for third place with Kyle and Leslie.
The reports come as Buxton Hampton East agent Noel Susay, who is working on the sale, claimed many buyers were scared off by "big hitter" bidders such as Adrian Portelli and Danny Wallis.

"My phone blew up after the show ran on TV," Noel said. "On Sunday night I had six phone calls and eight emails, and the emails are still coming with more interest."
He added that he has already taken two prospective buyers through the house, and both parties are now in negotiations.
"I’m expecting a deal in the next 24 hours to 48 hours," he said, adding, "They’re buyers who were scared of coming to the show’s auctions because they thought they’d get beat by big hitters Danny and Adrian."
Leah and Ash's most promising potential buyer collapsed during Steph and Gian's auction and was taken to hospital, meaning she wasn't able to bid on the property by the time their auction rolled around.

The pair remained calm during the auction and were happy to pass it in when they realised their home wasn't going to meet the reserve.
"This isn’t our first rodeo, we’ve sold lots of properties before, so we know how this works," Ash told News Corp.
