Taylor Swift's fans seem to be quite the supportive bunch.

In a recent act of kindness toward one ill-struck young fan, a Swiftie donated her Eras Tour tickets in an attempt to rectify a "devastating" situation.

On Saturday, June 8, a teenage girl's mom took to social media to explain what her child was going through medically, and the glimmer of pure life excitement that came via tickets to the pop star's concert given by a charity.

"My 14 yo daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumour last year. Recently she was donated 2 tickets to see @taylorswift13 in Liverpool on the 14th June," she wrote alongside an image of the girl lying in hospital bed.

She then went on to share an unfortunate update: "Sadly event organisers [sic] have withdrawn the tickets and obviously this has made her very upset."

"There's not much she can look forward to but this was huge and obviously has had a huge negative impact on her. Please can you good people share this wide and far and hopefully we can make this right 💙," the mom wrote in a separate follow-up tweet, hoping to find a solution.

She was also sure to let people know that she was not faulting the charity, and was unsure about the circumstances. "For clarification It's not the charity, the tickets were donated to them, my daughter was then nominated and was offered them but yesterday the charity had been told by event organisers that they were being withdrawn. I'm not sure who they are and it's not down to the charity," she added.

Luckily, the power of social media took over, and the young girl's story quickly went viral, being viewed over 10 million times in just two days.

From the looks of it, someone reached out and donated their own concert tickets to the teenager. A young woman whose name on X is noted as Ella Hooten shared that after giving away her standing tickets, another fan stepped in to coordinate a swap for a seated section so the teen could sit during the show.

"I’ll get a pair sorted for her and swap with the standing tickets, she can have them so she sits down, they’re in a lounge on the Friday with food and drink included. Block M1. Can’t stand people letting others down," a fan named Paul Smith, Junior offered.

After the exchange, Hooten tweeted, "Massive thank you to everyone who shared & @Andrew_Heaton Big thanks to @PaulSmithJnr we have sorted a swap for Mali to go in a lounge with amazing seats and free food and drink the power of social media."

The mom of the young girl seemed overwhelmed with gratefulness by the internet's compassion, especially Hooten and Smith's. "I'm struggling to find the words but @EllaHooton has made a very poorly girl and one who was desperately sad and upset into (beyond doubt) the most excited I've seen her since she was diagnosed. Thank you so much and thank you to all who had offered to help," she followed up.
