Taylor Swift Has the Best Reaction After a Fan Calls Her Plaid Outfit ‘Tea’ During Children's Hospital Visit
Swift spent Dec. 12 at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City and had many sweet moments with her fans (spoiler: this one might be the best!)
If there's one thing a Swiftie's going to do, it's praise Taylor Swift about anything and everything.
So when Swift spent her day off on Dec. 12 visiting kids at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, it only made sense that her fans were inspired by her actions (and she was just as inspired back).
In a TikTok video, Swift could be seen signing a copy of her Eras Tour book for one of those fans, whose name is Naya, and she says to her, "Thank you for saying my outfit was 'tea.'"
Naya is quick to tell Swift that she meant the compliment with her whole chest.
"Yes, everything about it. Your hair!" Naya says, to which Swift replies with a smile, "You made my day with that."

Swift continues, "Walking in, you were just so sweet and so friendly and so lovely." She then offered to take pictures with the fan, which quickly went viral on social media.
Naya shared the video on the evening of Dec. 12 with text written over it that said, "Here's the full thing since people don't want to tag me," after snippets of her meeting the superstar made the rounds without crediting her. She also shared a video of herself dancing to "Bad Blood" in her hospital room with Swift that has already racked up over 7 million views as of this writing.
Swift's outfit that Naya so highly praised was a $4,500 tartan Miu Miu set (featuring a $2,250 pleated mini skirt and $2,250 button-down top) right in line with all the rest of the plaid she's been rocking this year. This particular set paired a green and blue collared button-down shirt with a matching plaid skirt, which she wore with tights and tall black Christian Louboutin boots.

On the eve of her 35th birthday, Swift visited several children in the hospital, and they, along with their family and friends, as well as hospital staff, shared the visit all over social media.
A woman named Anita Belt also shared sweet photos of Swift visiting a patient named Rylie on Facebook. In one snap, the Grammy winner gifted Rylie a signed copy of her commemorative Eras Tour book.
"Children's Mercy Hospital does their best to nurse seriously ill children, comfort family, and bring a little joy when they can. Today did not disappoint! Thank you Taylor Swift for bringing some joy to Rylie today!!" Belt captioned her post, which included a photo of Swift giving the camera her best selfie face. "Great way to bring a smile and make a memory!"
In one photo with another patient, Swift smiled as she held up a blanket that said "Go Taylor's Boyfriend." The blanket was a nod to Swift's Kansas City Chiefs star beau Travis Kelce, who did not join her on her hospital visit and was likely at football practice.
