Talent Management Company ARC Collective Moves Into Production, Launches Literary Division
EXCLUSIVE: ARC Collective, which manages talent such as Food Network star Eric Adjepong and HGTV’s Egypt Sherrod, Mike Jackson and Alison Victoria, is moving into original production.
The company was set up by Shab Azma, who helped launch Ayesha Curry’s culinary career and served as executive producer on her Food Network show and ABC’s Family Food Fight.

It is now launching production arm Arc + Arrow, which will work on series such as The Design Network’s new lifestyle talk format The Sabrina Soto Show and food travel docuseries Cultural Eats hosted by Adjepong.
The company also has a new literary division led by Jaidree Braddix, who was most recently at Park & Fine Literary and Media.
“Publishing has always been a major part of ARC’s business when representing celebrity experts,” said Azma. “With multiple New York Times bestsellers on our roster, the company is thrilled to partner with a seasoned veteran like Jaidree Braddix, who understands and shares its vision for making a greater impact through the clients it represents.”
