Sunrise's David Koch takes savage dig at Nat Barr: 'Biggest diva'

Sunrise hosts David ‘Kochie’ Koch and Natalie Barr left fans in stitches on Monday morning after they took a number of playful jabs at each other in a hilarious online segment.

In a video posted to the breakfast show’s Instagram account, the duo sat next to each other in Brekky Central and played a game of superlatives where they had to point to the person who matched the title mentioned.

The game kicked off with the voiceover asking, ‘Who is more likely to be on time’, with both hosts pointing to themselves.

While they agreed that Kochie has the better memory, Nat was selected for having a tidier desk.

She also cheered when she was awarded the title of ‘the bossiest’, giving a wide smile to the camera and putting both her thumbs up, and reluctantly accepted that she took the longest to get ready out of the two of them.

The video ended with a particularly savage question asking, ‘Which one of you is the biggest diva?’.

Kochie was quick to point his finger at his co-host, while Nat simply looked at him with a shocked expression on her face.

“Besties!” the video’s caption read.

The comments section on the post was quickly flooded with laughing emojis from fans, with one person writing, “Love it”.

“Think you might be right Kochie,” another follower remarked.

Surprising detail under the desk

The behind-the-scenes moment comes shortly after Kochie called out a surprising detail underneath the Brekky Central desk.

Sports presenter Mark Beretta was speaking to his co-stars about the footy when Kochie said, “Berets you're a bit high”.

The camera then showed Mark squatting behind the desk as he did not have a chair.

“Gee, it's a tough workout on the quads,” he said.

The hosts laughed as newsreader Sally Bowrey was impressed, saying: “Nice squat, good form.”

“Hold that will you,” Kochie added before Mark jokingly clicked his fingers multiple times and a chair was brought over.
