Roxy Jacenko unveils surprising transformation: 'Suits you'

The media personality has debuted a 'gorgeous' new look online.

Roxy Jacenko surprised her followers this week when she unveiled a brand new look on social media.

The PR queen and former SAS Australia contestant, who has become well known for her long platinum blonde locks, has had her hair cut into a choppy bob and dyed a warm chocolate brown colour.

Roxy shared a video on Instagram on Thursday of her hairdresser applying the finishing touches to her fresh ‘do, with her followers quickly taking to the comments to compliment the transformation.

“You look gorgeous! The colour and style really suit you,” one person wrote, followed by another who added, “Perfect colour for you! Looks so much better”.

“Suits you so much,” a third replied, while someone else said, “Nice warm colour for winter”.

“That hair colour is a lot more flattering than the (harsher) blonde,” another fan remarked, with one follower writing, “Makes you look more mature”.

“Your hair colour makes you look young and fresh,” a different person argued.

Others also pointed out that Roxy has returned to the hair colour she started her PR company Sweaty Betty with in her twenties.

Roxy responds to Real Housewives rumour

Roxy’s new look comes shortly after she shut down rumours she is set to appear in the upcoming season of The Real Housewives Of Sydney.

Binge announced on Friday that they had commissioned a second season of the reality show, six years after it was cancelled by Foxtel for being too “nasty”.

The Real Housewives franchise is wildly popular across the globe, and we felt a cosmopolitan city like Sydney needed again to have a brand-new local version,” Binge's executive director Alison Hubert-Burns told The Daily Telegraph.

While Roxy was reportedly a “strong contender” to appear in the new season, she told Daily Mail in November she wouldn’t be appearing on the show as it’s a “rival network” to Nine’s streaming service Stan, who she is an ambassador for.

“I don't even know who started that [rumour]. But no,” she said. “Apparently I am, but not that I've heard.”
