One month into parenthood, Ree Drummond’s daughter Alex is soaking up all the newborn snuggles with her first child, Sofia Marie.
Alex Drummond Scott, 27, has been documenting her parenthood journey on social media, prompting fans to declare that her latest batch of photos with her new baby are “so cute.”

The daughter of the Food Network star and her husband, Mauricio Scott, shared a joint carousel of 20 photos of themselves with their newborn baby and their dog, George, in Sofia’s nursery.
The photos, which were taken by a professional photographer and friend of the family, Sarah Slover Brown, show sweet moments like the proud parents kissing and beaming at their daughter, Sofia yawning and lying down in her crib, and George faithfully watching the baby sleep.
The Pioneer Woman host jumped into the comments to gush over her family, writing, “I love these photos, and I love you guys so much! ❤️.”

Earlier this week, Drummond Scott got candid about navigating new motherhood, sharing on her Instagram Stories that “The No. 1 thing that has really surprised me and kind of rocked my world is the schedule. I don’t think I was fully prepared for the breastfeeding schedule of just, like, how demanding it is. But it is a full-time job.”
She continued, calling it “a freaking marathon. And it doesn’t stop. You gotta wake up in the middle of the night. And I just don’t think I was fully prepared for how demanding the schedule is and how demanding it is mentally of constantly having to calculate things.”
