‘Real Housewives’ Star Sutton Stracke Embraces Viral ‘Name ‘Em’ Moment With Sustainable Collection and Talks New ‘Audience-conscious’ Look
Sutton Stracke is back for another season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” but her couture wardrobe is losing screentime.
“I’m trying to be more audience-conscious with my clothes,” Stracke told WWD. “If I wear couture, sometimes they’re $100,000 dresses. That’s a bit outrageous. So I’ve toned down what I wear on camera now, and it works better.”

The style change is a departure from the socialite’s first appearance on the show — Stracke was introduced to the audience in Season 10 of “RHOBH” as a couture enthusiast, shopping at Domenico Dolce’s apartment in Los Angeles — and it follows a new era of her life. Eight years after her divorce from Christian Stracke, she joined her fourth season in the reality show feeling “more confident than ever.”
“As a cast member, I have grown on the show. It’s funny because I was soft-spoken at first, and then I’ve grown and grown and grown. And it’s almost like the beatups that I have endured kind of helped me get stronger,” she said. “Being an independent, single, working woman has been good for me.”
Outside the show, Stracke is focused on growing her business, Sutton Green Label, a circular fashion brand with “sustainability and reducing environmental impact” as its priority. She transformed her flagship store in West Hollywood, Calif., into an appointment-only studio and is expanding her sales opportunities online with live shopping.
Making lemonade out of lemon, Stracke transformed one of the show’s most viral moments into one of her best-selling collections. In Season 13 of “RHOBH,” she faced her castmate Kyle Richards in a heated discussion, where Richards suggested that Stracke often loses her composure in “ridiculous circumstances.” Then, Stracke repeatedly asked Richards to “name ’em.” Videos using the audio of the discussion on TikTok have garnered more than 148.5 million views together since.
“I was fired up at the time. My mouth can get me into trouble,” Stracke said. Through Sutton Green Label, she is now selling “Name ‘Em” merchandise.
“We have some new ‘Name ‘Em’ pieces that we have designed and made in Houston. We’re excited about it. We have women’s T-shirts, we’ve got hoodies, and we have really fun pieces that I think everybody will like, and I’m really proud that it’s also a part of the circular fashion world,” she said.
Season 14 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” debuted on Nov. 19, and it airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo and Peacock the next day. This time around, Stracke is trying to reconcile with her mother while growing into her businesswoman skin. If another discussion arises, Stracke will have a new special back up on the show — her best friend Jennifer Tilly joined the official cast.
“Having a best friend on it was really nice. I love seeing her more during filming. And, of course, I know Jennifer’s wardrobe, I know her jewelry, I know her personality. So to see all of that come to life with all the other women, and to see it come to life on television is so fun to watch.”
