Alec Baldwin Goes Full Grandpa Mode in Rare New Pics With Daughter Ireland and Her Family

As a father of eight, Alec Baldwin definitely has his hands full—but he's still managing to keep up with his eldest child, Ireland, and one-year-old granddaughter, Holland.

In a series of photos obtained by The Daily Mail, the 66-year-old actor met up with his 29-year-old daughter in downtown Manhattan on Thursday, Dec. 12. Alec shared a warm hug with Ireland as her partner, musician RAC, stood by with Holland.

The Academy-Award nominee was dressed for the cold weather in a navy blue coat with gray pants, black shoes, and a maroon scarf, while Ireland wore a brown quilted jacket over navy blue leggings with a red sweater tied around her waist.

Several months ago, the father-daughter pair took a vacation together along with Alec's wife Hilaria, 40, and their seven children: daughters Carmen, 11, Maria, 3, and Ilaria, 2; and sons Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, and Eduardo, 4.

On an episode of Emily Ratajkowski's podcast High Low with EmRata last year, Ireland opened up about why she stepped away from the spotlight.

"Modeling was something that was just so easy when I was young and the fashion industry is a tough one," she said. "I had great experiences, I had horrendous experiences."

"Unless I could really pick and choose and use that platform for good, I just really didn't want to be involved in it anymore," Ireland continued. "It's kind of like this cat and mouse game that I just wasn't interested in."

As far as following in her father's footsteps, she admitted that she "can't act for s—t," adding, "It's not in my blood."
