Mikey Madison Gets Fired Up in Red Giorgio Armani Look for the BAFTA 2025 Rising Star Party Red Carpet

Mikey Madison brought fiery energy to the red carpet for the BAFTA 2025 Rising Star Party on Wednesday in London. The “Anora” star and Oscar nominated actress earned a nod for the EE Rising Star Award at the 2025 BAFTAs, which take place Feb. 16.

For the special occasion, Madison went back into the archives and chose a look courtesy of Giorgio Armani. The look featured a fiery red, single-breasted blazer overtop a coordinated red dress with an angular plunging neckline and belted waist for added definition.

The minidress featured a hemline above the knee. And the blazer included sinuous lapels. Madison opted to wear the dress with a pair of black gloves for added edge. She also wore sheer black tights and completed the look with black heels courtesy of Manolo Blahnik.

As for her glam, Madison went with a clean and serene look. Her raven black hair was styled with a middle part and worn straight and down. Her makeup included bold brows, lightly lined eyes and a matte lip for a subdued, elegant look.

Madison’s ensemble for the BAFTA 2025 Rising Star Party was curated by stylist Jamie Mizrahi, who’s also collaborated with Jennifer Lawrence and Riley Keough, among others.

Madison is riding the whirlwind success of her 2024 breakout role in “Anora.” Directed by Sean Baker, the film follows the titular character, a sex worker who marries the son of a Russian oligarch. Madison has been promoting the film for the last several months and throughout awards season.

“I felt like whatever character he would write would be one that I would love because I loved him as a filmmaker,” Madison told WWD last January of collaborating with Baker. “I had never had the opportunity to completely transform in this way before. I had never had a director see me in this way, to give me this opportunity to play a character unlike any character I’ve ever played,” she said.
