Michael Zegen and Jennifer Damiano are married!

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star, 45, and the Broadway actress, 33, tied the knot in a Jewish ceremony in New York City over the weekend. Theater publicist Chelsea Nachman shared photos from the winter nuptials on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Jan. 12.

In one image, the bride and groom can be seen embracing under a chuppah in a flower-filled courtyard as their guests looked on. Another shows Damiano posing with some friends in her white wedding dress, which featured sheer sleeves adorned with lace and a sheer back with satin button details.

A third photo offered a glimpse of flowers and candles on display at the Italian restaurant Palma, presumably where the celebration was held.

PEOPLE reached out to reps for both Zegen and Damiano for comment.

Zegen previously revealed to PEOPLE in a 2024 interview while promoting his role in Strategic Love Play that he had gotten engaged to Damiano. He referred to her as his girlfriend at the time, before correcting himself to say "fiancée."

It's unclear when the couple began dating. Both actors appeared in an off-Broadway production of Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice in early 2020. The musical was adapted from the 1969 movie of the same name, following "two couples whose outlooks on life are changed by the sexual revolution."

The pair were also photographed together with Richard Kind at Roundabout Theater's 2020 Gala. They later made their red carpet debut at the 2022 Tony Awards. Damiano and her Spring Awakening alums performed at the award show's 75th iteration, while also supporting Zegen for his play Trouble in Mind, which was nominated that evening for best play revival.

A source told PEOPLE at the time that the two were "inseparable all night." "They were hanging out with each other in the corner of the bar and looked really happy," the insider said. "The Spring Awakening cast was all very friendly with Michael."

Following the awards show, Zegen and Damiano went to Darren Criss and Julianne Hough's afterparty at Pebble Bar together.

The couple lives together, according to an interview with the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. They also share a dog named Iggy, according to Zegen's Instagram.

Though they keep their relationship pretty private, the Boardwalk Empire star wished Damiano a happy birthday on Instagram in May 2023. "HBD to this gorgeous ray of sunshine 🌞 🎂 🎉," he captioned a photo of his now-wife. Zegen and Damiano appear to enjoy traveling together. They have been to London, France, Prague and Amsterdam, per their social media.

Along with Strategic Love Play, which opened on Nov. 10 at Audible’s Minetta Lane Theatre, Zegen's acting résumé includes appearances in the television shows Rescue Me, Girls, The Penguin and The Walking Dead.

He made his Broadway debut in 2015 in the Tony Award-winning revival of A View from the Bridge.

Damiano has appeared in the plays Spring Awakening, Next to Normal, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark and American Psycho. She was nominated for the best featured actress in a musical Tony for her performance in Next to Normal.
