The official MAFS 2025 cast as names and pictures revealed
The brides and grooms set to take over our lives on MAFS 2025 have officially been announced.
Married At First Sight has just dropped the official 2025 cast announcement, introducing us to all the new brides and grooms who are going to take over our TVs (and lives) for the next three months. The show is set to debut its 12th season January 27.
On Monday, the Channel Nine dropped the 10 brides and the 10 grooms set to wed in TV's biggest experiment and fans are already happy about one thing when it comes to the big reveal. A lot of the brides and grooms are a little older this year, and people are praising the fact that there are more "real" looking people in the cast (as opposed to people who have already made careers out of being influencers).
MAFS fans react to new cast line up: 'Finally'
"Loving the age diversity here!" one fan commented, with another saying, "Finally some real looking people that actually really look like they want to get married."
"At long last — REAL looking brides and grooms," someone else commented, with another saying, "Yes to not having people in their 20s for once."
"Stoked there aren't any 25-year-olds, but more realistic on ages that are keen to get married and not just be Instagram famous," another added, with someone else agreeing, "I’m glad they stepped away from the young instagram-followers-hungry type this year."
Not everyone was happy though, with some people saying they wouldn't be watching. "Not watching. Too many formulated disasters," one person said. "Time you bought in some normalcy and genuine people."

Carina, 31, WA
Hailing from a large Italian family, Carina is one of five siblings and the only one not married so she is feeling the pressure! Carina doesn't shy away from confrontation and her ideal husband would be tall, handsome, European, and educated.
Billy, 31, WA
Billy moved from England to Perth 15 years ago and calls his mother his best friend. Billy is loud, confident and romantic and is said to move fast in relationships and wear his heart on his sleeve.
Awhina, 30, WA
Awhina already has the title of one of this year's "most opinionated" brides, and has joked that her future husband will have to learn quickly that she and her twin sister Cleo come as a package deal. Awhina has a six-year-old son with her high school sweetheart, who she was with for 15 years.
Ryan, 36, NSW
Ryan is sick of putting in effort into a modern day dating world that isn't reciprocated, and prides himself on planning the perfect date. He likes to be "in control, make his partners feel safe, and support their ambitions".
Morena, 57, VIC
Becoming a DJ at 53 gave Morena a new lease on life, and she describes herself as a 'firecracker with no filter'. She's a mum to two teenagers and it has been over seven years since her 29-year-marriage ended, with Morena now wanting to find a king who will treat her like a queen.
Tony, 53, NSW
Tony runs a fishing charter business and is happiest on the water, but he is looking for a special someone to share that happiness with. Having gone through the highs and lows of love after being married twice, he is hoping to fall in love again and move on with life.
MAFS 2025 will premiere on January 27 on Channel 9 and 9Now at 7:30pm.
