MAFS' Ella Ding undergoes 'dramatic' transformation: 'So bold'

Former MAFS star Ella Ding has divided fans after undergoing a "dramatic" hair transformation. The podcaster dyed her natural dark locks blonde, and some followers loved the look, while others were not huge fans.

On Tuesday night, Ella took to Instagram to share a video of her hairdresser dyeing her hair, with the caption reading, "@jorge_komo made me a blondie ✨."

"Haha so bold!!! Girl looks wicked!" one user wrote. "Love you dark and love you light. Well impressed with how light it got and how even it is!! Guessing because your hair was all virgin hair."

"Love it! Love the darker roots, too! 🙌 How fun to do a full change-up!" another said. "I just did the opposite blonde back to dark big changes are so refreshing!"

"Love you but I’m sorry and I know my opinion doesn’t mean s**t but I love your natural dark hair on you!!" a third added.

"Why would you do this to yourself? Your black hair is gorgeous!" someone else added.

Others said that the new colour made the reality star's hair appear "dry and damaged", with one user writing, "Instant regret. Looks soooo dry."

"Maybe it's gonna be red tomorrow like Dua Lipa," another mused.

In a second post, Ella added, "I just love a bit of change every now & again."

Some fans thought the new 'do was a wig, with one writing, "Nice wig... Dark hair suits you way better."
