MAFS' Ella Ding joins major reality show: 'This is amazing'

Ella Ding is one of the most popular contestants to come from season nine of Married at First Sight and now it has been revealed she will star in another major reality TV series.

Posting a photo on Twitter on Saturday, UK Channel E4 revealed she would be joining the cast of Made in Chelsea.

There are already 23 seasons of the popular show, which follows men and women in their 20s who were born into wealthy families and live in the affluent area of Chelsea in London.

She holds her finger to her lips in a hush gesture, but it appears the secret is well and truly out and it is believed she is currently in the UK to film the season.

"The sun may have set on Mallorca but there’s a new ray of sunshine coming to Chelsea this autumn," the tweet said.

"Ella May Ding, welcome to #MadeInChelsea."

Since the season of MAFS wrapped, Ella has proved to be one of the show's most successful breakout stars.

In June she launched the Sit With Us podcast with MAFS co-star Domenica Calarco and boasts more than 600,000 followers on Instagram.

The podcast topped the charts when it was launched, and industry insiders said at the time it could lead to a national radio show.
