MAFS' Dom wows fans with dramatic new look: 'Very classy'
She quickly became one of Australia’s most recognisable reality TV stars after her appearance on this year’s season of Married At First Sight, but now Domenica Calarco has changed things up.
The 29-year-old makeup artist, who rocked a blonde bob hairstyle on the show, surprised her social media followers on Thursday evening when she unveiled a brand new look.
Dressed in a black shirt, brown trench coat and blue jeans, Dom showed off a much shorter ‘do in the two snaps.
“Dream team conquered this look,” she captioned the post alongside a crown emoji.

Her followers quickly took to the comments to applaud her hair transformation, with a few people admitting they had to do a double take.
“I thought this was Lara Bingle,” one person remarked.
“Very Cameron Diaz vibes,” another replied, followed by a third who agreed, “It’s giving There’s Something About Mary”.
“Omg it’s stunning! I love it and think it really suits you!” someone else wrote.
‘Gorgeous’
Others said they loved the “very classy” look so much that they were inspired to do something similar to their own hair.
“I love it so so much! Temping me to go shorter,” one fan commented.
“Great, now I want to cut my hair short,” another added, with someone else writing, “Love. You make me wanna cut mine all off again”.
“That is a gorgeous colour and cut,” a different user shared, while another follower said, “Gurl, you rock every kind of hairstyle!”
Prior to this makeover, Dom dyed her hair peroxide blonde in July right before she embarked on a two-month holiday around the world.
During the trip she revealed she had found love with an Italian man who barely spoke English, however, they have since called it quits.
Reason why Ella shaved her head
Dom’s makeover comes shortly after her Sit With Us co-host Ella Ding shocked her followers when she revealed the story behind why she once shaved her head.
The reality star posted a series of throwback pictures to the podcast’s Facebook group and shared the heartbreaking reason behind the bold look.
“I shaved my head originally for the World's Greatest Shave in 2014 to support my friends who lost their parents to cancer,” she said.
“And then I experimented with short styles.”
Many fans applauded Ella for doing this when she was just 19 years old, calling her “so inspiring”, “brave” and “the best friend”.
