Love Island star stuns viewers with bizarre banana act on TV: 'Woah'
A contestant on Love Island Australia has left viewers stunned after she swallowed a whole banana in just a few seconds during a Sports Day Challenge.
Maddy Gillibanks, a 26-year-old HR advisor from Perth, was paired with TikTok rapper Tak Chipangura in the challenge where the men had to lie on the ground with their legs in the air.
The women then had to run over to their partners and quickly eat a banana held between their feet, which Maddy managed to accomplish in one single gulp.
Her co-stars were clearly shocked by the act, including Austen Bugeja who said: “There was a banana there, and just one gulp it’s gone, that’s it! It just left and I was like, ‘What the hell?’.”
