There’s been no shortage of former Married At First Sight participants signing up to OnlyFans and making millions in virtually no time before their fifteen minutes of fame slowly begins to fade — stars like Bronte Schofield have admitted to earning over $250,000 on the platform in just one month, and was able to leverage such earnings by starting her own business.

But selling X-rated content isn’t the only way some stars of the social experiment have managed to set themselves up for life by capitalising off their short stints on reality TV.

Below Yahoo Lifestyle lists the brides and grooms who have managed to make it to the millionaire club without OnlyFans, and the impressive ways it's all been done.

After amassing an impressive 65,000 Instagram followers during her stint on the show with now ex-boyfriend Anthony Manton, Nadia Stamp utilised her fanbase by starting her own company, DIPD Nails. The brand, which sells Australian-made DIY nail kits, launched in 2021 and has since turned over $3 million with over 30,000 orders to date. Expanding her empire, Nadia has since launched The Daily Brush – which she markets as “the best brush you’ll ever have”.

Not only did Jules and Cam prove to be fan favourites after falling for each other on season six, the pair also proved to be a marketing power couple. Although the endless social media sponsorships, high-end brand collaborations and the release of Jules’ recent memoir have made them a small fortune, it was Jules’ decision to launch her own “revolutionary” shapewear brand FIGUR in 2022 that took them to the next level financially.

The brand is a success internationally and constantly growing, with Jules recently telling Women’s Weekly: “I decided to make my superpower shapewear that always made everyone feel good. FIGUR was created with a really strong message of body positivity and with the reminder that underneath the material it is all you.”

Since leaving Married At First Sight, former hairdresser Jules and retired cricketer Cam have also pocketed hundreds of thousands of dollars through buying and selling investment properties in New South Wales and Queensland.

As most of their co-stars became embroiled in bitter feuds and drama after their season wrapped up, Martha and Michael slowly distanced themselves from the reality television scene – and established themselves as leading social media influencers and ones to watch in the fashion and beauty world.

The pair have worked with the likes of American fashion giant Calvin Klein and skin care leaders Olay, and the arrival of their son Lucius in 2023 opened the couple up to a whole new world of brands to work with. Lucius’s baby shower was a collaboration with Target’s latest baby range, his nap times are sponsored by Audible's baby books and the one-year-old even recently appeared in a paid-for-post for La Roche-Posay, promoting their Lipikar Balm which Michael claims soothed his dry skin.

Away from social media endorsements, Martha recently received a five-figure sum for her stint on Celebrity Apprentice in 2021, Michael has his own online fitness brand Tru Fit and the pair have managed to save the majority of their earnings after moving in with Martha’s family.

He may have been dismissed as the party boy of his season, but 27-year-old “Mr Shoey” Al has had the last laugh. After spending months travelling Australia to do nightclub appearances once his season wrapped where he would be paid up to $5,000 to party with fans, and sharing a string of sponsored posts to his 275,000 Instagram followers, Al has invested all he's earned and owns three properties. He currently owns two units in Sydney, and a house in Perth and is believed to be eyeing up a fourth investment in Queensland.

She may not be a millionaire yet, but Lucinda Light is certainly heading in that direction – and experts believe within the next 24 months the star will be rich. Earlier this year Yahoo Lifestyle revealed how the celebrant had generated $250,000 in sales from her speaking tour of the UK – and since then, she’s sold out a second tour of England, started working on a book and is planning a tour of Australia too. Additionally, Lucinda also launched “Lucinda Light Tribe” in April – a subscription website where fans can pay $27-a-month for exclusive content.
