Kmart shopper shows off 'brilliant' taco station hack: 'I need this!'
This is what you call a fuss-free weeknight dinner option!
Taco Tuesday just got a whole lot easier thanks to one shopper sharing her ‘genius’ Kmart hack.
She turned the $15 Bamboo Cutting Board with Storage into a fuss-free taco station with everything you need to make the perfect tacos.
The raised chopping board has a set of four clear drawers underneath which all slide out. Each drawer also has a lid so it can be used as individual storage too.
“Not sure who needs to see this but the bamboo chopping board with draws makes an excellent taco station!” She wrote on the Kmart Decor and Hacks Facebook page.
“I use mine all the time for normal cooking as well and makes it so organised.”
The board can hold minced meat, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes and onions with other toppings including cheese, guacamole, sour cream and taco sauce on a second board.
It cuts ingredients up too
The chopping board also has a built-in section with interchangeable graters for slicing and grating. So you can easily slice up all your taco toppings straight into the drawer below and then swap it out for another drawer ready for the next ingredient.
The one-board taco station means much less cleaning up too.

Meanwhile, others shared what they would use it for too with one person saying it was the perfect serving station for crackers and cheese.
But this isn’t the first time the chopping board has been hacked. Several others shared how they use it in their home with one woman saying she turned it upside down to use as an all-in-one coffee station.
“I absolutely love my chopping board, but I made mine into a coffee station,” she said alongside a picture of her coffee machine on top of the board and labelled drawers for tea, sugar and coffee.
Others said they purchased multiple boards to use around the house from medicine organisation to jewellery storage.
