Kmart masterclass: Shop 'Room Refresh' homewares now
Kmart has given eager fans a sneak peek at the highly anticipated August Living homewares range ahead of the store’s first-ever four-part virtual Masterclass series on Wednesday night.
The ‘Room Refresh’ Masterclass will be led by interior stylist, Aimee Tarulli, and Kmart’s furniture and outdoor living buyer, Nic Holmes, who’ll take viewers through their tips and hot product picks for three spaces: a guest bedroom, master bedroom and living room.
With a focus on Japanese and Scandinavian aesthetics, expect to see lots of glass, wood and rattan — think cabinets, sideboards and room screens — as well as oh-so-trendy accents of blush pink, warm clay and ochre.
You can shop the entire August Living range online here — we’ve got a hunch that these soon-to-be cult buys are going to fly off shelves:
Shop the guest bedroom
Aimee and Nic’s tip: Try a pendant floor lamp as a bedside table lamp. Also, there are no rules when it comes to cushions — mix colours, textures and prints.
Shop the living room
Aimee and Nic’s tip: a lightweight coffee table can be repositioned around the room depending on the activity.
