Kmart to launch outdoor egg chair that sent Aldi shoppers wild

Get your wallets at the ready because Kmart is set to launch an outdoor egg chair similar to one that sent Aldi shoppers wild last month.

The $249 woven egg chair is part of a new 17-piece range of affordable outdoor furniture which is no doubt set to delight shoppers coming into the summer.

Just last month, Aldi’s hanging egg chair was snapped up at lightning speed by shoppers who had queued outside their local stores ahead of opening time.

It’s no surprise really as comparable pod or egg chairs online are retailing for anywhere between $400 and $900.
