Kate Hudson coordinated her Carolina Herrera ballgown with a jeweled statement necklace at the 2025 Golden Globes in Beverly Hills on Sunday. The “Glass Onion” actress presented at this year’s ceremony.
Hudson’s strapless navy frock, which came from the label’s pre-fall 2025 collection, featured tiered floral embroidery and sequin embellishments. She was styled by Marc Eram, who has also curated looks for Paris Hilton and supermodel Stella Maxwell.

Hudson wore her blond tresses in a bun with curtain bangs, while her makeup consisted of metallic eyeshadow, black eyeliner and a glossy mauve-nude lip.
Hudson also embraced a textured silhouette for the American Music Awards 50th Anniversary Special in November. Held in Los Angeles, the televised event included performances from Mariah Carey and Raye.
Hudson selected a fuzzy high-neck gown from Fendi couture’s fall 2023 collection. The actress and singer paired her sage green frock with diamond-encrusted huggie earrings, a gold David Yurman cuff and open-toe heels.
Carolina Herrera’s current creative director, Wes Gordon, was honored with the Red Carpet Innovator Award at WWD’s first Style Awards on Friday. The designer discussed the privilege of dressing stars such as Demi Moore and Cynthia Erivo at high-profile events including the Met and Academy Museum Galas.
“It’s a different audience than the audience that’s exclusively looking at our runway shows,” Gordon said. “It’s global culture, something that’s seen by everyone.”
In 2001, Hudson won her first Golden Globe for “Almost Famous,” taking home Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture. Two decades later, she received a second nomination for starring in Sia’s “Music.”
The 2025 Golden Globes ceremony celebrates over eight decades of honoring entertainment excellence. Broadcast on CBS and hosted by Nikki Glaser, this year’s event featured 27 categories, including drama, comedy and limited series.
