Yahoo Lifestyle Kanye West Sends a Fiery Message About Taylor Swift During Super Bowl LIX
After a series of alarming tweets involving antisemitic sentiments and claims that his wife, Bianca Censori, is under his "dominion," Kanye West spent Super Bowl LIX slamming Taylor Swift on X—before ultimately deleting his account.
On Sunday, Feb. 9, West posted a message about Swift dancing to halftime performer Kendrick Lamar, referencing his diss track against fellow rapper Drake, "Not Like Us."
"IF ITS ABOUT THE CULTURE ... WHY ARE WE LETTING TAYLOR SWIFT BE SEEN ON TV SINGING A SONG ABOUT TAKING A BLACK MAN DOWN AND ACCUSING OF THINGS THAT CAN TAKE A BLACK MAN DOWN FOR LIFE," West wrote, per the Daily Mail.
"KENDRICK IS BEING USED BY THESE WHITE PEOPLE AND JEWS AND SO AM I," he continued. "AS I TWEET IN CODE WORDS AND KISS ELONS ASK AND BEG HIM NOT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT."
West also shared a video on Sunday addressing his social media activity in recent days, which included messages reading “I LOVE HITLER NOW WHAT B----ES,” “IM A NAZI,” and “Hitler was sooooo fresh."
"I know you’re all thinking I’m going something through right now and I’ve got bags under my eyes and s--t," West said.
"I wouldn’t want nobody to like, do an intervention on me—that’s why I wanted to put this video up cause you’re all thinking, 'Ye really going it through something right now. Somebody need to go get them or go take his Twitter and stuff like that.'"

West went on to say that expressing his views on X was "very freeing" for him and "worth everything," insisting that he's in a "positive space."
In a final message on Sunday night, he announced that he was "logging out of Twitter." His account has since been deactivated.
West wasn't the only person to lash out at Swift on Sunday. After the pop superstar was booed during the Super Bowl, Donald Trump celebrated the moment on Truth Social.
“The only one that had a tougher night than the Kansas City Chiefs was Taylor Swift. She got BOOED out of the Stadium. MAGA is very unforgiving!” he wrote.
