Jinger, who is currently expecting her third child with husband Jeremy Vuolo, recently made an appearance on The Unplanned Podcast, where she revealed that her parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, already have "35 or 36" grandkids at the moment.
"There's so many and they are just getting started," Jinger, 31, said during the Jan. 15 podcast episode, while host Abby Howard predicted, "There's gonna be so much more."
But Jinger even went as far to predict that eventually, there's "probably going to be 100 and we're going to have to have name tags."
"Like I'm not kidding it's wild," she said.
Host Matt Howard then did the math to determine that if each of the 19 Duggar kids all had 19 kids of their own, then there would be 361 grandkids—but Jinger insisted that isn't realistically going to happen.
She did, however, suggest that at least one of her siblings could potentially have 19 kids, stating, "It's very possible."
"Well okay, get this," Jinger then stated. "One of my brothers, he is a twin okay and he and his wife have two kids under the age of two and they're pregnant with twins."
Jeremy then revealed that Jinger was talking about Jedidiah Duggar and his wife, Katie, who actually welcomed twins last week.
"Their twins are going to be born before their oldest turns three so they're going to have four under the age of two," she said. "So it's very possible."
For now, though, Jinger is focused on welcoming her third child, who she recently revealed is a bouncing baby boy.
The new family addition, due to arrive in March, will join two sisters: Felicity, 6, and Evangeline, 4.
