Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Reunited for the First Time Since Filing for Divorce

It's not over until it's over.

In news that almost no one saw coming: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck reunited for the first time since filing for divorce over the weekend. On Saturday, the former couple were photographed together at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles alongside their children—and while it may have seemed like they got together just for the kids' sake, one on-looker revealed Bennifer engaged in some PDA once inside the building.  

“Ben and JLo are currently at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel holding hands and kissing," a source exclusively told Page Six, adding: "The kids are with them, but at a separate table.”

Outside the hotel, however, Lopez and Affleck appeared to keep their distance standing apart while waiting for the children to depart their black SUV. For the low-key outing, J.Lo wore a cropped black turtleneck with dark-wash flared jeans and platform heels. She accessorized with brown-tinted aviator sunglasses and a brown-and-black snakeskin handbag slung over her shoulder. Affleck, meanwhile, wore a blue button-down with light-wash denim and coordinating Nike sneakers. 

Their joint outing comes nearly a month after Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck on the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding. In her filing, she listed April 26, 2024 as their official date of separation and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their split. 

"She tried really hard to make things work, and is heartbroken," a source told People at the time. “The kids are a top priority, as they always have been.”
