Inside Super Bowl 2025’s Swankiest Suites: What $3 Million Gets You, According to an Expert (Exclusive)

Living the suite life doesn't come cheap! At regular NFL season games you'll find attendees in the stands and in suites, but at the Super Bowl, those private spaces are a whole different ball game.

"For [the] Super Bowl, all of the service and all of the food and beverage and everything else is just ramped up," Scott Spencer, president of Suite Experience Group, tells Parade.

When Taylor Swift cheered on Travis Kelce at the 2024 Super Bowl, she did so from a suite at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The singer's football-playing beau seemingly revealed in an episode of Netflix's Receiver that he paid a whopping $3 million for it.

While suites come at a high price, Spencer notes, there's "something magical about being in a suite for the Super Bowl, the energy and the anticipation. You're kind of having your own party within a party. It tends to be pretty electric in the suites. People feel really lucky to be there."

And frankly, he says, Swift has in many ways made it "even more high-profile to be in a suite, because they're always showing her on TV."

Spencer adds, "And so it's one more symbol of, if you want sort of the pinnacle of exclusivity and luxury, that's the place to sit."

How much is a Super Bowl suite?

According to Spencer, they are almost always sold as a full suite and are fully private to your group. While he said there haven't been suites on the market below a million dollars in the last couple years, this year is the first year since COVID that he's seen suites available for less than a million.

At the time of his conversation with Parade, Suite Experience Group had one suite for 20 people available for $810,000. Spencer explained, "If we look at that $810,000 suite, it's about $40,000 a person, which is very, very expensive. But there are tickets right now if you get like row one tickets, those are also going for about $40,000, so now you can just imagine getting 20 of those, and you have your own private space within the building. That kind of puts it into context."

What's included in a Super Bowl suite?

It really is the suite life inside of a Super Bowl suite. Spencer shared that the spaces have a dedicated attendant, plus "the food and beverage is just over the top."

"For most regular season NFL games, you have to pay extra for the food," Spencer said, but in a Super Bowl suite, "all of the food and beverage is included, and it is more than any human could ever eat. The food just keeps coming and coming and coming."

Individuals can also access their suites earlier than they would be able to during a regular NFL game, and they can pre-order merchandise. Spencer said, "If the host wants to have apparel from either of the teams, or just Super Bowl hats or jerseys or anything like that, you can have that pre-delivered to the suite."

Who typically buys a Super Bowl Suite?

Corporations that are entertaining clients tend to be a typical buyer, per Spencer. "There's a lot of companies out there that have really important clients that are worth a lot to them, and there's very few other ways to entertain and celebrate with a client that are of a bigger scale than getting a Super Bowl suite," he said. "There are definitely companies that year after year that this is part of their sales and marketing and client relationship playbook, and they buy a Super Bowl suite. There's also very high net worth individuals that buy. Those tend to be fans of the team."

Spencer pointed out that "oftentimes, the clientele who are buying suites, they have all of the material possessions that they want, but they're craving unique experiences, and there are very few experiences in the world that are more unique than being able to bring your closest friends or family or clients into a suite at the Super Bowl and cheer on your team."
