I'm A Celeb's Abbie Chatfield's jungle sex confession
The newly-crowned Queen of the Jungle, Abbie Chatfield, has finally spilled some juicy details on her I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! hook-up with fellow camper Ash Williams — including just how far they took their romance.
Former Bachelor star Abbie and comedian Ash got cosy in front of the cameras during their stint on the reality TV show and even shared a steamy kiss at their ‘wedding’ ceremony toward the end of the season.
‘No feelings’
But according to Abbie, the pair’s jungle connection has been blown way out of proportion by fans of the show.
“There’s this weird thing, there’s a lot of Twitter chat about how I am in love with Ash and I’m obsessed with Ash,” she revealed on her It’s A Lot podcast.
She went on to set the record straight and state that, despite their undeniable attraction, there weren’t any deep feelings going on between the two.
“Gonna clarify. First and foremost, I didn’t have feelings for Ash,” she said.

“[We] got along really well, we were really good friends in there. We cuddled literally all day, every day, because we needed affection,” she added.
Abbie then addressed her pash with Ash and admitted that they might’ve taken things further if it weren’t for the show’s family-friendly timeslot.
“And I did request a no-consequences pash, in the same way that you would request a friends-with-benefits moment, but unfortunately kiddies, we were on a PG show so I couldn’t say, ‘Do you want to just f**k?’” she said.
Abbie previously revealed that she “caught up for a coffee” with Ash after leaving the jungle but that they were just friends and nothing more.
Jungle fling
Abbie Chatfield and comedian Ash Williams got off to an awkward start on I’m a Celeb (Abbie claimed to have absolutely no idea who comedian Ash was) but sparks began to fly pretty quickly.
At one point, Abbie got caught ogling the Neighbours actor’s fit physique when he waltzed into camp shirtless after a shower.
“He's got a ridiculous rig,” she said.
Then, Ash’s podcasting mate and fellow funny man, Ed Kavalee all but confirmed the pair were an item during a chat with Hit Hobart’s Jimmy & Nath.
“[Ash’s] hooked up with that Abbie Chatfield in the jungle, you gotta get him on [radio] because he’s Australia’s loosest person,” Ed spilled.
And sure enough, Abbie and Ash shared a kiss later on in the show — but it wasn’t to last, with Ash swiftly dropping Abbie and turning his attentions to jungle newcomer Alli Simpson, a move that was widely slammed by viewers.
