I'm a Celeb's Miguel Maestre's sizzling weight loss transformation
Miguel Maestre has been putting in some serious hours at the gym if his latest selfies shared online are anything to go by.
The celebrity chef and former I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! star took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse at his incredible fitness progress, stunning everyone with the results of his gruelling gym regime..
After spending much of 2020 pursuing his new fitness goals, the chef is 18kg lighter and clearly feeling incredible about it.
This week, the chef shared a snap showing off his very muscled up chest, writing that his rippling physique was down to dedicated training and a Mediterranean diet.
"Getting closer to become a gladiator!!!" he captioned the snap.
He wrote that he spends at least one day a week training with former Biggest loser trainer Shannon Ponton, and another swimming.

For his diet, it's a Mediterranean base, with cheat days on the weekends and the boost of collagen and supplements.
"Still a long way but at 41 I feel like the year of the ox is just turn in the year of The Crazy Bull," he joked, referencing his Instagram name and Spanish heritage.
The photo had fans doing a double-take, with everyone from celebrity pals to admirers praising the chef's insane transformation.
"What a weapon!" Grant Denyer wrote.
"Amazing...smashing goals," another wrote.
"You look great!" another wrote. "Good on you!"
Miguel first embarked on his fitness journey in 2019, hoping to drop some weight before his 40th birthday in November.
Now after celebrating his 41st last year, the chef is well and truly into his planned transformation.
Miguel shot to fame on The Living Room, and further cemented himself as a favourite of Aussie viewers when he appeared on I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in 2020 and took out the top prize, crowned King of the Jungle at the season's conclusion.
