Iconic ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ Mansion Hits the Market
For loyal viewers of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the family's expansive mansion in Hidden Hills is nothing less than iconic—but now it seems the Jenner-Kardashian clan is moving on for good.
The 8,860-square-foot property featured in the hit reality series has officially been placed on the market by Kris Jenner for $13.5 million, with the listing being held by Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California.
The sprawling home—instantly recognizable to countless fans—features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a grand black-and-white tiled foyer with a double staircase, a pool, fireplace, wet bar, private gym and spa-like bath with steam shower.

“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” Kris told The New York Times in a statement.
Kris and ex Caitlyn Jenner bought the home in 2010 for $4 million. At the time, both Kris and Caitlyn each had four grown children from previous relationships—with Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé Kardashian making frequent appearances at the mansion—plus daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, who were both still living at home. After her divorce from Caitlyn was finalized in 2015, Kris had the property transferred over to a family trust.
“This home was an integral part of the show. But it isn’t just a house that was on TV. It’s a home where a family lived their lives, with good times, bad times, kids growing up, and all kinds of evolution,” Fridman said.
Currently, there is no one living in the house—which can be purchased fully furnished for an extra $400,000.
