Heather Graham Rocks a Bikini in the Snow to Ring in 2025 Ahead of Her 55th Birthday: 'Happy New Year!'
The actress also shared that she is "learning how to ski" and "looking for ways to be healthy and happy in the new year"
Heather Graham is running hot on a New Year's vacation!
The actress, who will celebrate her 55th birthday later this month, rung in 2025 on Instagram as she posed in a navy-blue bikini in a hot tub amid a snowy mountain backdrop.
During her visit to Jackson Hole, Wy. Graham snapped more photos in a white crop top, skinny jeans, black boots, a hot-pink puffer jacket and a wide-brimmed hat, in front of a lodge fireplace. One of the latter photos also featured her boyfriend, John de Neufville.
The last slide of the post, which she shared on Monday, Dec. 30, featured a video of the Chosen Family star showing off some moves on the slopes as she maneuvered downhill on a pair of skis.

Graham wrote in her caption, "Happy New Year! 🎉Hope this year brings us all lots of love and good vibes. ❤️🥰😘."
She went on to say that she's "learning how to ski from @bennyskispowder and looking for ways to be healthy and happy in the new year."

After she turned 50, Graham told PEOPLE she was focusing on a maintaining a healthy lifestyle and all about “feeling good from the inside out.”
“I love yoga, I mediate,” the Best. Christmas. Ever! actress said in 2020. “I do affirmations every day because, like everyone, I’m afraid of getting older.”
Added Graham, "The culture will try to tell you, ‘Now’s the time to feel bad about yourself.’ I say, ‘Now’s the time to feel even better.’ "
