Lauren Graham is officially coming back to TV — and fans are so excited by what she has in store.
It's been two years since the Gilmore Girls alum last appeared on the small screen, with the cancellation of her Disney+ series The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers. As folks were hoping to see Lauren come back to TV, she made a surprise announcement about what's next in her career. According to TV Insider, she'll be starring in the new workplace comedy The Z-Suite, and it's set to premiere on February 6, 2025 on Tubi. What's more, she was tagged in a joint post on Tubi's official Instagram, sharing a poster that teased her role on the upcoming series.
"Two generations. One corner office," read the caption on January 21. "The Z-Suite premieres 2/6 only on Tubi."
Given how Lauren has developed a beloved fan following over the years, it didn't take long for the excitement to come about online.
"I’ll watch ANYTHING with Lauren Graham ❤️," one person exclaimed in the comments. "LAUREN GRAHAM IN A SERIES? OH WE ARE SO BACK 👏," another cheered. "Literally one piece of good news in the entire universe. Can’t wait!" a different follower added.
So, what exactly can fans expect from The Z-Suite? According to Deadline, the series will focus on a New York ad agency that showcases two generations working there. When a company decision causes chaos to occur at the firm, the well-established executives get replaced by Gen Z employees, whose control ultimately tests the skills — and sometimes patience — of both generations.
As for who is in the cast of The Z-Suite, Lauren will step into the role of Monica Marks, with Nico Santos portraying executive Doug Garcia and Madison Shamoun playing social media manager Kriska Thompson.
