Epic 'Wheel Of Fortune' Solve For Big Bucks Is More Fun Than All Fails Combined

Traci Demus-Gamble had 10 seconds to solve a daunting bonus-round puzzle on Friday’s “Wheel of Fortune.” (Watch the video below.)

It was about 9.9 seconds more than she needed. She blurted out the correct answer to stun host Ryan Seacrest. Her answer was so clutch that he jokingly searched her for an earpiece.

Here’s the puzzle she faced in the category of “phrase”:

“They go way back,” she said.

Boom!

Seacrest opened the card to reveal that Demus-Gamble had won $50,000.

“How in the world did you solve that last one?” Seacrest asked.

“I just dug deep,” she replied.

We’ll say. We write up so many of the viral fails on the show that it’s an absolute pleasure to present someone killing it under pressure.

Demus-Gamble finished the show with a whopping $78,650 and a bit of celebrity.
