It's a major departure from the shoulder-length cut she was rocking last year at the awards show, where she won Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical for Poor Things.

While Emma hasn't stated why she cut her hair, InStyle reported in October that fans were speculating she may have shaved her head for her upcoming film, Bugonia.

Bugonia reunites Emma with her Poor Things, Kinds of Kindness, and The Favourite director Yorgos Lanthimos.

Joining in on the reunion is Jesse Plemons, who also starred alongside Emma in Kinds of Kindness. He'll star in Bugonia, too, as will Alicia Silverstone.
