“I am one pure ball of gratitude squeezed into a tux,” Straughan said onstage as he thanked the cast and crew. “Thank you Robert Harris for writing a gift of a book, half third of this is yours. Edward Berger, a dream director, you get a third of this. [Our] fantastic ensemble cast, I can’t give you a third of this because I’ve just done the maths and that wouldn’t leave me with anything. You can borrow this any weekend you want.”
