Claudia Schiffer Praises Sabrina Carpenter for Wearing Versace Dress She Debuted: ‘You Wear It Well’

Claudia Schiffer seems to be Sabrina Carpenter’s latest style muse!

The “Espresso” singer, 25, caught the eye of the German supermodel, 53, after recently rocking a custom mini dress version of the dress Schiffer debuted at the Versace spring 2024 show in Milan in September 2023.

“Love to see this dress living so many lives!” Schiffer wrote on a photo of Carpenter as she shared a photo of the singer on her Instagram Stories in a similar dress. The model also tagged Donatella Versace for being the brains behind the design.

“@SabrinaCarpenter you wear it well,” Schiffer added.

In the image, which was uploaded on Monday June 17, the Sofia the First alum was seen performing onstage in a green and silver checkerboard mini dress. Schiffer’s original garment was floor-length.

Carpenter’s slinky, form-fitting number featured a metallic finish embellished with crystal beads, and mint green lace that outlined her torso.

The photo showed the “Cindy Lou Who” singer smiling onstage while holding a microphone in her hand.

Shortly after Schiffer showed her support online for the style moment, Carpenter reposted the model’s original message, adding “icon” with several emojis and a heart.

The songstress wore the mini dress for a performance at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Carpenter shared a recap of the achievement in an Instagram carousel, expressing her gratitude for the opportunity.

The green and silver checkerboard Versace dress isn’t just seeing double with Carpenter and Schiffer, as another A-List star was also seen wearing the eye-catching design in recent months!

In September, the same month that Schiffer debuted the dress, Anne Hathaway wore it to the Clooney Foundation for Justice's The Albies. The Devil Wears Prada actress styled her look with silver pumps.
