Chad Michael Murray has divided fans with his new Netflix movie, which some fans are describing as "Christmas Magic Mike". Netflix released shirtless photos of the 43-year-old in their new film The Merry Gentlemen, in which he co-stars alongside Britt Robertson.

The Merry Gentlemen is a new rom-com that will be released on November 20, with Netflix describing it as "the story of a steamy musical revue that just might save Christmas". They also add that there will be "hip-thrusting moves and heart-melting romance".

"We got to change things up a little bit and push the envelope," Chad tells Tudum. "We take a lot of the tropes that have been created for this particular genre and poke fun at them in such a tasteful way."

Britt's character is "a former big-city dancer" trying to "save the Rhythm Room, her parents’ small-town performing arts venue" and decides to do so with an all-male Christmas-themed revue.

"My character, Ashley, decides to take her skill as a dancer and choreographer and marries that with some hot dudes at the bar to make The Merry Gentlemen show. She may or may not save the bar..." Britt says.

"RENEW KAOS IMMEDIATELY stop cancelling good shows do y'all can experiment with some weak mid release. Kaos probably had low views cuz y'all cancel everything and ppl were waiting to see," another said. "I know that's why I waited. Y'all cancel things so much there's NO POINT in starting any of your new releases at all."

"RENEW KAOS!! At least give us a proper ending. PLEASEEEEEEEE," another begged.
