It looks like Chris McNally is trading in a life in Hope Valley for a life full of magic during the most wonderful time of the year!
The When Calls the Heart star is busy working on season 12 of the hit Hallmark series, but he's teaming up with the network for some good old-fashioned holiday fun too! Back in September, Hallmark thrilled fans by dropping the official guide for all the films set to air during their annual Countdown to Christmas movie marathon. While it doesn't technically start until Friday, October 18, fans will get to see Chris on screen again as he's in one of the movies set to air during the two-month long movie event!
Chris is set to star in a movie called Holiday Crashers, which will air on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 8 p.m. ET on Hallmark. What's more, he'll be joined by Lyndsy Fonseca, Daniella Monet and Jag Bal in a story that highlights friendship, love and plenty of hijinks!
So, what is Holiday Crashers going to entail? Well, the movie will follow best friends Toni (Lyndsy) and Bri (Daniella) who decide to shake up their holiday season by creating new personas and crashing Christmas parties that sought out their card shop to create invites for the guests. When Toni gets mistaken as a lawyer, the women get sent to a corporate retreat in snowy Vermont, where they meet handsome men who think they are people who they're not.
As for who Chris is set to play in Holiday Crashers, he'll portray a handsome business mogul named Justin. What's more, his character will fall for Toni in a very real way — even when her career is something that is completely made up.
So, if we want to bring it back to When Calls the Heart, Chris is playing a modern-day version of Lucas Bouchard... without the gubernatorial title he currently has in Hope Valley. No matter the case, we're ready for some more screen time with Chris, and it's the perfect Hallmark Christmas movie gift!
