Blue Ivy Carter has been a regular at the Grammys for years, and the 2025 ceremony was no exception. Blue joined her mother, Beyoncé, at the show, wearing a blue corset ballgown by Naeem Khan with diamonds. She hugged her mom as Beyoncé won Best Country Album for Cowboy Carter.

And she later joined her mom onstage when Beyoncé accepted her first Album of the Year award:
Beyoncé had 11 nominations this year, including Record of the Year (“Texas Hold ’Em”), Album of the Year (Cowboy Carter), Song of the Year (“Texas Hold ’Em”), Best Pop Solo Performance (“Bodyguard”), Best Pop Duo/Group Performance (“Levii’s Jeans” featuring Post Malone), Best Melodic Rap Performance (“Spaghettii” featuring Linda Martell and Shaboozey), Best Country Solo Performance (“16 Carriages”), Best Country Song (“Texas Hold ’Em”), Best Country Album (Cowboy Carter), and Best Americana Performance (“Ya Ya”). Ahead of the ceremony, she already took home the award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance (“II Most Wanted” with Miley Cyrus).
In December, Blue made a major red carpet appearance for her first big acting role as Nala and Simba’s daughter, Kiara, in Mufasa: The Lion King. She wore two gold dresses, including a Christian Siriano ball gown on the red carpet.
Beyoncé expressed her pride in her oldest child’s feat, writing on Instagram, “My gorgeous baby girl. This is your night. You worked hard and you did such a beautiful job as the voice of Kiara. Your family could not be prouder. Keep shining.”
In her September GQ interview, Beyoncé called Blue “an artist.” The singer explained, “She has great taste in music and fashion. She is a fantastic editor, painter, and actress. She has been creating characters since she was three. She’s a natural, but I did not want Blue onstage. Blue wanted it for herself. She took it seriously and she earned it. And most importantly, she had fun! We all watched her grow more and more every night before our eyes.”
