Amy Poehler To Launch ‘Good Hang’ Podcast With The Ringer
Amy Poehler is getting back behind the microphone.
The Parks and Recreation star is launching Good Hang with Amy Poehler. The weekly video podcast series will see her will talk to famous people about what makes them laugh, what they found funny recently.

It is her latest podcast after launching scripted comedy podcast Say More with Dr? Sheila.
Poehler’s own Paper Kite Productions is producing the series with The Ringer, the Spotify-owned company run by Bill Simmons.
In each episode, she’ll also talk to the people in her life about what makes her laugh and to solicit questions for podcast guests.
Poehler exec produces alongside Simmons, and Jenna Weiss-Berman, Head of Paper Kite Audio, who joined recently.
Poehler said, “I am so excited Spotify and Bill are welcoming me. I can’t wait to have some good, dumb fun.”
Simmons added, “Amy should have one of the biggest podcasts in the world — she’s a great hang, she’s funny, she’s curious, she knows everybody, and she actually loves the genre and puts real thought into what works and what doesn’t work. It’s amazing. I can’t believe she actually wants to do this. We are over the moon that we get to work with her.”
