Abbie Chatfield opens up about new man: 'I cry every day'

The former Bachelor star said she's not exploring an open relationship with her new beau just yet.

Abbie Chatfield has opened up about her love life, telling fans on her podcast It's A Lot that she's 'giddy' over a friend turned love interest.

The social media star who gained popularity after appearing on the 2019 season of The Bachelor has spoken about her love life before, from trying non-monogamy to going to sex parties, and shares her journey along the way in her candid podcast.

Now Abbie has shared that the relationship she's currently navigating is the "most important" thing that's happened to her dating-wise.

She said her new beau is emotionally intelligent, makes her feel safe, and is as fun as her friends. “I’ve known him for a couple of years," she revealed. "I cry every day because of how happy I am. He’s so emotionally intelligent, I feel so safe. He’s so supportive.”

The Masked Singer judge went on to say that the mystery man made her feel like herself again, raving about how hot she finds him.

“He’s so sexy. He’s so funny. He’s like an electric person to be around," she said.

Abbie also addressed her stance on monogamy, after being vocal in the past about exploring open relationships with ex-boyfriend Konrad Bien-Stephen.

"I am really not in a position to be in an open relationship right now because of how traumatised my brain is," she shared. "I need to feel, like, fully focused on. I was really scared to tell him because I was thinking he would want to be open and open only. I think monogamy is going to happen until, like, a few more months."
