“Welcome to Plathville”'s Ethan Plath Introduces 'Sweet' New Girlfriend Amid Divorce from Olivia
The TLC star shared a series of photos with his new lady love on Instagram
Ethan Plath is starting off the New Year with a new woman in his life.
The 26-year-old Welcome to Plathville star took to Instagram to formally introduce his followers to his new girlfriend nearly a year after filing for divorce from wife Olivia Plath.
“Proud to introduce my sweet girlfriend!” Ethan captioned a series of photos with his new partner. “She truly is one of the sweetest, kindest, and patient people I’ve ever known! Looking forward to the next year and what it has to bring. Wishing everyone a very happy new year! Here we go 2025!”
The TLC star didn’t share his girlfriend’s name or any additional details, but clearly the pair have been spending lots of time together. In the pics, Ethan and his blonde-haired, blue-eyed lady love cozy up for romantic and silly moments. The reality star snapped a funny, candid montage of his girlfriend searching the car before realizing she was being photographed and breaking into a smile.
The couple clearly love their selfies, snapping lots of photos together cheek-to-cheek. They also posed alongside a vintage yellow convertible in one shot.

Ethan and Olivia first publicly announced their separation in October 2023 after five years of marriage. They officially filed for divorce in February 2024, listing their initial date of separation as February 2023.
The fallout of the former couple’s marriage played out on the most recent season 5 of TLC's Welcome to Plathville, where it became clear that their values and priorities no longer aligned.
And while Ethan seems focused on his love life, Olivia, whose new relationship with Brendan was also featured on the show's most recent season, also spent this past year on travel and adventure. In an Instagram post recapping her 2024, the wedding and travel photographer said she visited 11 countries and moved from Los Angeles, Calif. to Washington, D.C.
“Learned to love and laugh more freely and wholly, peered a little harder into some dusty corners of my mind, sat with the stillness, grief and uncomfortability,” she wrote. “Stared in the mirror and saw a resilient and curious woman looking back at me. 2024 started along the lines of ‘surviving’ and now I’m a little closer to ‘thriving’.”
She concluded, “Whatever 2025 brings, I’m ready to face her!”
