Yahoo Lifestyle 'WCTH' Fans Demand More From Elizabeth and Nathan's Relationship

Whose ready for a little bit of love on the Frontier? When Calls the Heart fans certainly are — and they're making sure it known.
The hit Hallmark drama is currently airing season 12 on Sunday nights at 9 p.m. ET, and viewers got a look at what's to come ahead of the third episode of the season. In a video posted on WCTH's Instagram on January 13, folks got to see a number of different scenarios play out in a sneak peek promo. From Rosemary Coulter (Pascale Hutton) trying to figure out what her husband Lee (Kavan Smith) is up to, to Florence (Loretta Walsh) and Ned Yost (Hrothgar Mathews) solving a mystery involving an old coin, to Elizabeth Thornton (Erin Krakow) spending more time with Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry), there's a lot in store for the folks of Hope Valley.
"Next week on an all new When Calls the Heart!" read the caption alongside the teaser.
When viewers saw what When Calls the Heart is cooking up for the next episode, they were excited by all the different storylines coming to life. But many had a similar feeling of wanting to see more from Elizabeth and Nathan's budding romance.
"We need some more romance and stuff between Elizabeth and Nathan!!" one person wrote. "This Heartie wants more romance! ❤️," another exclaimed. "Rosemary better not be interrupting N&E alone time together by dragging Elizabeth into the mercantile," a different follower added.
As fans know, the show long teased Elizabeth and Nathan getting together since the latter first appeared in season 6. After Elizabeth's engagement to Lucas Bouchard (Chris McNally) ended at the end of season 10, she and Nathan finally kissed toward the end of season 11. Now, the two are in the honeymoon stage of their relationship, with plenty of stolen kisses and hopes to build a fruitful future together.
Even though we're only three episodes in, we need to keep an eye out for what's down the line for our favorite new couple in Hope Valley!
