Umm, Zendaya casually debuted a new tattoo at the 2025 Golden Globes

Zendaya showed up at the 2025 Golden Globes last night on a mission to top the best dressed list (accomplished). And, alongside kinda-sorta-maybe debuting an engagement ring – dw, lots more on that in a moment – she also debuted her first-ever tattoo on the red carpet.

Chances are, you missed the small inking when you were busy drooling over her custom Louis Vuitton gown. And then that hugeee rock on her left hand was also pretty distracting. But, thanks to the strapless neckline and dipped back silhouette, the design can just be seen peeking out from the top of her dress.

And the tattoo in question? What appears to be a lower-case “t” in black ink, located on her left side along her ribs. See if you can spot it in the snap below:

Naturally, fans are speculating that the “t” in question is a dedication to Tom Holland. One social media user took to X, formerly Twitter, to write, "finding out that zendaya has a tiny "t" tattoo and an engagement ring was not on my golden globes bingo card 😭 😭 i’m so happy for my girl." A second person wrote, “omg zendaya has a t tattooed on her 🥹”. Tbh, same.

If her tattoo is in honour of her boyfriend (maybe fiancé?) then this is a seriously cute couples tattoo and she wouldn't be the first celebrity to get an inking for their S.O.

Of course, the attention most of the night was on Zendaya's left ring finger, where she wore a giant diamond that has everyone thinking she and Tom are engaged.

The couple tend to be extremely private about their relationship (Tom decided to skip this year's Golden Globes) so chances are an engagement – if there is one – won't be officially announced, but we live in hope.
