Today show's subtle dig at Hemsworth brother: 'So funny'
The Today Show has poked fun at a Hemsworth brother after sharing a snap of his visit to the studio this week.
Luke Hemsworth, who is the lesser-known brother of Chris and Liam, has been promoting his upcoming film Bosch & Rockit, which is being released in Australia on August 18.
Following his visit to the Channel Nine studio, the program uploaded a photo on its Instagram of the Westworld star posing with Today Extra presenters David Campbell and Sylvia Jeffreys.
"What an honour to have Chris Hemsworth in the Today Extra studio this morning! Loved him in the Hunger Games," Today captioned the photo, referencing Luke's famous brothers.
Viewers were in hysterics after seeing the Instagram photo, with many taking shots of their own.
"When you order Chris Hemsworth off Wish," one said, referencing the online shopping site.
"Clever, because you never get what you ordered," another responded.
Others left laughing emojis on the post while some missed the joke and pointed out it was Luke.
"Could be his brother," one joked.
"Wrong brother," another said.
"So funny," a third added, while somebody else asked, "Who is that guy?".

Luke, 41, is the older brother of Chris, 39, and Liam, 32.
He began his career as Nathan Tyson in Aussie TV soap Neighbours, before taking on roles in The Saddle Club, Blue Heelers and All Saints.
This year he also had a cameo role in Thor: Love and Thunder, alongside his brother Chris.
While his brothers pursued careers in acting, Luke told ET Online he worked in the flooring business as there was more job security.
“For me, I did Neighbours, then my focus changed. I wanted to have something that could provide money while still allowing time for auditions. So, I learned the flooring business, started my own, and in that time, got married and had a couple of kids," he told the publication in 2016.
"Then one day, around when Chris got Thor, I went, ‘Maybe I can think about throwing everything into it again.’
"Watching him go through all that [early success] crystallised in my mind that it was what I wanted to do. And that I couldn’t stay sanding floors for the rest of my life!”
