TikTok in a frenzy over air fryer prawn toast: 'Changed my life'

TikTok star, Bored of Lunch whipped up a delicious prawn toast recipe in an air fryer, totalling just 38 calories a triangle.
"I am obsessed with this Air Fryer prawn toast," the TikToker tells his 353,000 followers.
He places 150g of raw peeled prawns into a bowl and mashes them with a fork, before combining two cloves of garlic and one teaspoon of ginger.
"Spread across three to four slices of bread," he adds.
He then cuts each slice into triangles, getting between 12 and 16 triangles in total.

He whisks one egg in a bowl and dips the sesame seed side so that it's covered with egg, before laying them down in the Air Fryer.
"Air Fry for eight minutes at 200 degrees and look at that!" he details.
The video has since gone viral with hundreds of people impressed with the tasty toast recipe.
"This has changed my life," one person wrote.
