Her friends and fans were quick to congratulate the couple, with television personality Ash London writing: “The most perfect little handies!!!”

Radio host Amanda Keller also chimed in, “Oh how wonderful! Congratulations!”

On Wednesday morning, Ed opened up about Vada’s birth on his radio show Hughesy, Ed and Erin.

She did an incredible job. It was all stirrups, it was pull your legs back and push, push, push. It was a sight to behold and what a great job she did,” the proud father gushed.

The radio host said that Tiffiny’s labour was “full on” and that both her and Vada were getting “a bit tired”. He made light of the situation, joking that "She treats [birth] like an athletic pursuit! She's just like 'give me a piece of wood to chew on and I'll get through it'."

This comes after the star made history as the first ever pregnant woman to appear on the cover of Women’s Health.

The personal trainer stunned in black activewear, and spoke to the magazine about the pressure to bounce back after having birth.

“As much as there’s pressure after you have the baby to bounce back, you don’t have to have that toxic positivity mindset all the time,” she told Women's Health.

“Just take that pressure off, bounce forward. Prioritise your own self-care.”

Tiffiny was passionate about this cover as she wanted to show how proud she was of her pregnant body and wanted to empower other people to stay active during their own pregnancies.

“It was once taboo to show your bump in tight clothing - let alone a naked bump - or even as I have…exercising and staying active whilst pregnant,” she wrote on Instagram.
