The Block star completely unrecognisable in topless photo: 'Hottie'

The Block's Sarah-Jane and Tom surprised fans when they shared a throwback photo to Instagram on Tuesday. The photo shows a very fit Tom with a full head of hair from his former life as a shirtless party bus host.

The photo had apparently been found by a follower, who was going through some old photo albums and spotted the reality star.

"When a follower finds a photo of Tom while she was going through her old albums - circa party bus host," Sarah-Jane wrote, sharing the photo to her Instagram account and their shared account. "It’s the Bonds jocks with the low jeans for me."

The reality star had thick dark hair, wore a shell necklace, Bonds undies and jeans, showing off his abs as he posed for the camera.

"It's the hair for me," one user wrote.

"The necklace gives gold coast vibes!! I just can't picture Tom with hair," another said, with Sarah-Jane replying, "He had hair for at least the first 3 years I knew him then it was gone."

Many fans quickly commented that Tom looked very similar to Aussie singer Shannon Noll, with Sarah-Jane jokingly commenting, "The Shannon Noll posts have commenced! So many [people] say this."

"I thought that was Shannon Noll," one fan wrote, while another agreed, "I thought that was Shannon Noll when I first looked."

"Can't believe you married Nollsy," a third joked.

"Nollsy wishes he was that cool," someone else added.

"I thought Shannon Noll sang about a big black shiny car, not a bus," another quipped.

One follower described Tom as "a hottie", while another begged Sarah-Jane to make Tom take a similar photo.

Some also thought he looked like Peter Andre, while Tom himself joked on Instagram stories that he wanted to look like Mark Wahlberg, with one fan commenting, "Marky Mark and the funky bunch vibes!"
