The Block's Sarah-Jane debuts transformation after surgery: 'Stunning'
The Block star Sarah-Jane has stepped out in an incredible lilac number, showing off her figure just weeks after undergoing major surgery. The star is a BRCA1 gene carrier, which can cause breast cancer, so she chose to have a preventative double mastectomy.
The fan-favourite has previously opened up about the process with fans, saying that her mother's battle with breast cancer had an impact on her decision. The reality TV personality also mentioned that she had breast implants after the removal of breast tissue and her racy plunging dress drew attention to the area.
“Weekend photo dump,” she wrote in the caption, alongside a snap of herself and her husband Tom in an elevator.
Her Christopher Esber designer dress consisted of a large cutout that stretched from her shoulder to just above her torso. A metal ring with crystal detail sat in the middle of her chest, holding the two sides together.

She kept her makeup light, opting for a pink lip and pastel eyeshadow to make her eyes really pop.
Sarah-Jane also included some sweet snaps of antics with their daughter Cleo as the family prepare for the Christmas season.
Her fans couldn’t get over how good the mum looked in her dress, especially after just having major surgery last month.
“As a fellow bilateral mastectomy lady your new boobies look awesome!” one person wrote.
“Purple looks stunning on you,” a second remarked, with another adding: “You look amazing.”
“Beautiful pics of a wonderful family,” a fourth chimed in.

This comes after the couple showed off their budget-friendly caravan renovation.
The reality TV stars decorated the interior with Kmart items, and Sarah-Jane shared some before and after snaps of their humble abode.
Sarah-Jane took followers on a tour around the caravan, saying that the pair ‘love it’, and have managed to make some budget-friendly replacements.
“Some simple and cheap changes made quite the difference from carpet squares Tom laid to Lino timber look flooring…he also laid. Curtains I made somewhat effectively, and a new tap to subway tiles in the kitchen and fake marble Lino bench tops,” she wrote in the caption.
The star added that the pair had paid just $12,000 for the ‘old van’, deciding to forgo a trip to Europe to spend time fixing it up instead. Tom has been busy working on their project, building a roof, deck and adding a bathroom at Sarah-Jane's request.
After a fan asked where the ‘piece of paradise’ was located, Sarah-Jane replied saying that it’s located two hours from where they currently live. “We love our home away from home,” the star gushed on Instagram.
Fellow contestants Dylan and Jenny, who are the only couple who haven’t sold their Block house, praised Tom and Sarah-Jane’s efforts. “Looks so good! Love the fireplace,” they commented.
