The Bachelorette's Brooke Blurton chooses Darvid Garayeli in emotional finale

Brooke Blurton finally got her happily ever after revealing Darvid Garayeli had won over her heart in the grand finale of The Bachelorette.

After six weeks of dates, cocktail parties and rose ceremonies, Brooke picked her ‘Persian Prince’ Darvid in the emotional final episode, which saw former Bachelor star and runner-up Jamie-Lee Dayz left in tears.

“From the moment I met you,I felt a lot of feelings, I felt calm, I felt trusting," Brooke said to Darvid at the end of the show.

“I felt an instant chemistry and connection that I never, ever felt with anyone before. Darvid, I'm just gonna, I don't know how to say this, but you came in here and you granted me three wishes. And I still have one left. Darvid, will you make me the happiest girl?

“Of course,” he replied, with Brooke saying: “I love you so much.”

Brooke gave Darvid an eternity ring, with Darvid saying: “I genuinely have known from the first moment I met you, it was gonna be the start of something special. I've completely fallen in love with you, as you know. I want you to always feel loved. And I want you to always feel supported,” Darvid said.

Runner-up Jamie-Lee Dayz was left heartbroken when Brooke let her down at the finale, saying: “You are absolutely beautiful inside and out, and you make me feel like the only girl in the world. I really, really loved exploring the possibility of a relationship and our beautiful love story. But, unfortunately, it's not ours. And my heart is with someone else.”

“It's OK. I really am happy for you,” Jamie-Lee said.

“I feel lucky to have had this chance with you, and what we had was beautiful.”

Earlier in the episode, things got hot and heavy between Brooke and Darvid as they engaged in a steamy tantric session.

Later, while the pair were kissing on a couch, Darvid told Brooke he loved her, with Brooke saying in a piece to camera: “I love him. And I want to say it again. I just love him. I just do.”

Queensland landscaper Darvid had been a fan favourite from the very start, with the 27-year-old being the recipient of the coveted White Rose during the premiere episode.

Since then, rumours about the pair being an item post-show heated up, with Darvid and Brooke’s chemistry being undeniable on screen.

Darvid was also revealed to be the betting odds' favourite to win Brooke’s heart this season.

On Wednesday night’s episode of the show, sparks flew between the pair when he surprised her with a romantic kayak ride down the Glenworth Valley River.

Things got hot and heavy when they shared a passionate kiss in a bathtub and then they moved on to chatting about their future together.

Darvid told Brooke he would be open to moving away from Queensland to be with her, however, it would mean he would have to sell his house and his business.

Meanwhile, Jamie-Lee and Brooke’s blossoming romance had also been the talk of the show since it premiered, with the pair having a history together.

Both Brooke and Jamie-Lee appeared on the Honey Badger’s season of the show, where they formed a strong connection.

When Jamie-Lee heard that Brooke was going to be this year’s Bachelorette, she jumped at the chance to tell her how she really felt about her and it seems it may have paid off.

On Wednesday night’s episode of the show, Jamie-Lee professed her feelings for Brooke after a romantic hiking date, telling her: "I'm in love with you. And I'm so hopeful and excited to see where this could go."

Brooke told producers she believes in fate and seemed pretty enamoured by Jamie-Lee as well.
