Yahoo Lifestyle “Teen Mom”'s Maci Bookout Says She Has 'Dibs' on Babysitting After Ex Ryan Edwards Shares He's Expecting Baby with Girlfriend

After her ex Ryan Edwards, 36, shared that he is expecting a baby with his girlfriend Amanda Conner, the Teen Mom alum and mom of three, 33, left a sweet comment on Conner's Instagram post. In the photo, Conner wears a pair of gray cotton overalls as Edwards stands behind her, holding her bump.
"I call dibs on babysitting 🙋🏼♀️," Bookout commented on the post.
Bookout and Edwards share son Bentley, 15. Edwards is also dad to son Jagger, 6, and daughter Stella, 4, with ex MacKenzie Edwards, while Bookout is also mom to daughter Jayde, 9, and son Maverick, 8, with husband Taylor McKinney.

On Thursday, Oct. 9, a rep for the couple confirmed to PEOPLE that Edwards and Conner are expecting their first baby together.
"Ryan and I are very excited about our pregnancy. We have overcome so much in the last year and a half, and we are in a very happy, safe place," Conner exclusively told PEOPLE in a statement.
"For me, I can enjoy this pregnancy and I have a second chance at motherhood. For Ryan, he is in a place that he hasn't been in for a long time. We are excited to move forward from our past mistakes."
"We have a great support system with family and friends, and they are very happy for this new chapter of our lives. We found out only due to me having morning sickness, and ironically, Ryan had morning sickness as well and we just decided to take a test and it came out to be positive," added the mom-to-be.
Last October, Edwards revealed on the Teen Mom: Next Chapter reunion that he was five months sober. In an episode of Teen Mom: Next Chapter over the summer, he told Bookout that he planned to go to a rehab center in Austin for 30-45 days.
In April 2023, Edwards was arrested for violating the terms of his probation, according to online booking records viewed by PEOPLE.
The former television personality was initially charged with possession of a controlled substance and a DUI, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.
The arrest came after Edwards was ordered to rehab after being arrested in March on charges involving Edwards. According to a March 1 press release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department in Tennessee, Edwards was arrested on charges of stalking and violation of an order of protection.
Since working on his sobriety, Edwards has been spending quality time with his kids. In October 2023, he shared a photo of his son Bentley as the two spent some time together playing golf. Both wore matching polos and hats and smiled together while they placed their arms around each other.
