On Sunday, Nov. 3, Arroyave shared two posts on his Instagram Stories about having "healthy habits" and how they can help someone through their "dark days."

"I recently spoke about just getting 3 hours of sleep a night,” he wrote in a caption. "Finally got some rest!"
Shortly after, Arroyave shared a selfie of himself in athletic wear at a hot yoga studio. He continued to highlight his personal goals, writing, "You’re not always going to be motivated or inspired. That’s where rituals & habits come in."

The post, made on Oct. 25, featured a carousel of photos and videos of them attending a recent gala for the Melanoma Research Foundation
"I always say life and pain are inseparable," Arroyave captioned the post. "And to see @teddimellencamp embrace her pain and use it for the greater good again last night as she emceed the @curemelanoma gala, was a beautiful reminder of what she is capable of."
He continued: "Her story has already saved lives. And I couldn’t be prouder that she will continue to save more. Love you, Teds."
The first image showed the duo posed side-by-side, with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum resting her hand on his shoulder. The next snap captured the two sharing a kiss in the extravagant venue, followed by another of Arroyave dipping Mellencamp in a romantic gesture.
All three photos were followed by three videos of the reality TV star speaking on a stage.
